Vote in poll on the right hand side, then leave a comment explaining why you chose a particular poem as your favourite so far. I have left an example to get you started.
Hints:
Try to think about HOW the poems are written, not just their plot/characterisation.
If you have trouble with the poll, just write your vote in as a comment.

My favourite is "Mrs Aesop" so far. I like the way it creates a very distinctive voice for both the two principal characters, using Mr A's smug remarks which bear no resemblance to his wife's perspective ("Slow but certain, Mrs Aesop, wins the race") and her sharp, bitter, resentful responses ("That shut him up." The poem manages to be very funny at the same time as creating a tangible sense of how uncomfortable the atmosphere must be between these two characters.
My favourite so far is "Pilate's Wife" this is because it's a biased account and without being so forward about it you can just tell she really hates her husband. I love how the way she describes him is through the description of his hands.
And how she really has feelings for Jesus.
And. I really like "Mrs Darwin"- short, sweet and made me laugh :)

My favourite poem so far has been Mrs Sisyphus, because i really like the way that the poem shows whats underneath all of the bitterness, and it actually made me feel sorry for her, unlike the other poems, where i felt the resentment was much too strong.

My Favourite so far is definatley Mrs Darwin!
I think that the length of the poem really emphasises on the wit and intelligence used.
It also gave me a good giggle too Tey!
